Sizanani Pinotage

VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested at 25°b. Fermented at 26- 28°c for about 4 days. Pumped over 3 times daily during alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation was completed in tanks.


DESCRIPTION
Bright ruby colour. Vanilla, coconut, plums and raspberries on nose, followed by layers of ripe fruit and oak flavours on the palate.

DESCRIPTION
Bright ruby colour. Mocha, plums and smokiness on the nose, followed by bright cranberrry, cherry, molasses and pepper on the palate. A well balanced approachable wine. Enjoy with cottage pie, roast chicken, pizza or grilled vegetables.
